Interesting stone seen yesterday

Hi All


Just a quick post about an interesting gem stone i chanced upon yesterday. It is the gem Tanzanite :)

I didn't get a chance to get a pic as i was rushing off to do some other stuff  but it was a somewhat fascinating 2.07ct natural untreated stone the color is similar and the only small flaw was the one or two inclusions and the clarity as the base of the stone wasn't as clear as a perfect specimen but then again a perfect stone would be worth thousands and thousands, instead of the 2 over thousand price tag on it.

Good Evening! I got this crazy (honestly .... if i find it a bit "siao" it should be quite siao la) idea that i've delayed over a year or two. Recent events such as my mum falling ill and the recent passing of my 大舅 (Mum's eldest bro) have helped cement the notion of going through with the idea. THE IDEA in context? Stuff I've learnt over the past year , stuff you can learn from or get a refresher .

Ah , b4 i begin to even rant, Happy CNY ! HUAT AH! Moving on liao, this is a self-reflection post (enough of financial posts for now , you have my blog list la , visit one of them :p ) , so for those that can't tahan long granny stories (kidding!) , read on. I'm Unemployed!!!! For a day that is.

Yo ! Ah Boy is finally "UMEMPLOYED" !! Funny leh , unemployed and yet i'm so happy.... i know what you must be thinking... this ah boy siao liao ah? For me , being unemployed is one of the happiest thing that has happened to me , because i've finally graduated from my studies!! Damn , after endless nights of nightmares , i finally turn from full time student to .... unemployed. Well for my off day , i decided to KLKK ( Hokkien for walking around ). An acquaintance alerted me to a news article a while back in the papers , with a portfolio shown every week done up by CFA professionals as part of a moneysense  initiative  , a short 2 hour seminar will be held every 2 monthsor so ba. I also managed to meet up with my accountant , to settle tax issues (Remember to file your taxes soon ah! ) and also to do a bit of business reorganisation as part of my portfolio review.
